Ian Hobson Position: Corporate Secretary Based in Perth, Western Australia, Mr. Hobson's services will complement the services already provided by Marion McGrath in meeting PMI's corporate regulatory obligations primarily within Australia.
Ian Hobson is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 25 years' experience in Australia, Canada and the UK in the areas of corporate governance, financial control, due diligence, prospectuses and mergers and acquisitions for ASX listed companies.
